In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jita77 website accessible at jita77.bid, including all sub-pages, the mobile-optimised interface, games lobby, sportsbook, live casino section, and any associated applications or services.

Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on jita77. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jita77 will close all related accounts, confiscate any bonus balances, and may confiscate winnings derived from gameplay conducted across duplicate accounts.

Account Credentials: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your Account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jita77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Account Ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your jita77 Account. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account owned by a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposited amount being returned (less any applicable transaction fees) and potential Account suspension.

jita77 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms. Deposited funds are ring-fenced and used solely for the Player's gameplay on the Platform.

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) KYC verification has been successfully completed; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the available real-money Balance after any pending bets are settled; (c) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Credits have been fully met; and (d) no active fraud, compliance, or security investigation is ongoing in respect of the Account.

All bonuses are subject to their individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time of the offer and take precedence over this general clause in the event of any inconsistency.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jita77 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window stated in the promotion terms. Unused Bonus Credits and associated potential winnings will expire at the end of this window.

• jita77 reserves the right to void any bet where it has evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of a predetermined or corrupt outcome, or where odds were manifestly published in error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jita77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Credits, recovery of winnings, and permanent banning from the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or using an Account in the name of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, jita77 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed, the entire Balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Player-Initiated Closure: Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (subject to KYC completion and no pending investigations) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Credits will be forfeited upon Account closure.
